Terms of Service

Welcome to Coastline Cleaning LLC! These Terms of Service govern your use of our residential cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Coastline Cleaning LLC offers professional residential cleaning services, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Services are tailored to client needs and may be booked as one-time or recurring.
2. Appointments & Access
- Clients must provide accurate address and contact information.
- Access to the home (via key, code, or in-person) must be arranged in advance.
- If access is not granted at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply (see Section 5).
3. Pricing & Payment
- Rates are based on service type, home size, and specific client requests.
- All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept credit or debit cards.
- Recurring service pricing may be subject to periodic review and adjustment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
- No-shows or lockouts (if we are unable to enter the property) may be charged 100% of the service fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not happy with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean or provide a reasonable resolution.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must disclose any hazards (e.g., broken stairs, aggressive pets, mold).
- The home must be free of biohazards, pests, or illegal substances.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose tiles, unstable fixtures, plumbing leaks).
7. Limitations of Liability
- Coastline Cleaning LLC is not liable for items not properly secured prior to cleaning.
- We do not move heavy furniture or handle valuable collectibles unless explicitly agreed.
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Property Damage & Breakage
- While we take great care, accidents can happen. Please report damage within 24 hours.
- We will assess and resolve valid claims with repair, replacement, or reimbursement.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to unsafe working conditions, harassment, or mistreatment of staff.
10. Privacy Policy
Client information is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling, billing, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
